Middle schoolers & parents, join Michelle Clark, TriCity Family Services’ Dir. of Emotional Wellness Programs, to learn 6 techniques for stress management & practice healthy coping skills for worries.

Middle school brings additional responsibilities, changing friendships, and new levels of self-awareness that can lead to stress, worry, and anxiety.  Middle schoolers and parents will learn and practice 6 techniques together for effective stress management and healthy coping skills for worries.  Parents and youth should register and attend together.
