The filing deadline for Illinois income tax returns has been extended from April 15, 2020, to July 15, 2020. Notary Services by Appointment

We offer free notary services for basic acknowledgement and affirmation signatures to Geneva District residents only.

Walk-in notarizations are generally available Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. but it’s recommended to call ahead at (630) 232-0780.

The document being notarized must be signed in front of the notary. Additionally, the person receiving this service must provide a valid photo ID and bring any required witnesses with them.

Non-Geneva District residents can contact the American Association of Notaries to find a notary nearest to them.


You can register to vote at the Library. Please bring two forms of identification.  Start the online voter registration application.
