Have you always wanted to learn how to knit? Come to this beginners class, to get you started today.

Join us as we learn knitting basics, including yarn labels, and needle types and sizes. We will practice knitting by learning how to cast on and then knitting every row, knows as the Garter stitch. Finally, we will learn how to cast off or end a project.

Look forward to Intro to Knitting: Part Two, where we will add to our knowledge and learn the purl stitch to create a mug cozy. Please register for this separately: June 21, 2021, 10 am - 11 am in the DIY Workshop.
