Come spend a great Summer afternoon learning and enjoying some wonderful desserts with Chef Susan Maddox. In this program, guests will learn some culinary methods and techniques which will be useful in home preparation. The desserts will be both baked and unbaked varieties utilizing the best ingredients of the season. Recipes and tasty samples will be included.
Chef Susan has been a chef for over 25 years with culinary experience and training from country clubs, corporations, and restaurants. She is also a professor in the culinary arts program at College of DuPage.
